This is a rare opportunity to join a global manufacturer of precision tooling systems, supplying some of the most respected names in UK manufacturing and fabrication.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a friendly, experienced UK sales team, working alongside senior colleagues who will personally coach and mentor you. The business will provide full sales training — everything from territory management to consultative selling and negotiation.
You’ll visit customers across your patch, learning how to identify technical challenges and present solutions from a premium tooling range used across bending, punching, and sheet metal fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
 * Support the sales team across the M4 Corridor and South of England.
 * Conduct 10–20 customer visits per week, with 5–6 overnight stays per month.
 * Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend tooling solutions.
 * Develop long-term relationships with engineers, production managers, and buyers.
 * Learn the full sales process from enquiry through to closing orders.
About You
 * Background in CNC machining, sheet metal, pressing, bending, or machine tools.
 * Hands-on engineer, service technician, or applications engineer seeking to move into sales.
 * Enthusiastic communicator with the confidence to build relationships and learn on the job.
 * Ambitious, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
