What will you be doing Responsible for the planning and delivery of initiatives to drive commercial performance, including funnel optimisation and implementing them across channels; understanding, planning and forecasting commercial performance; market and competitor insight; product, pricing and portfolio initiatives, including the implementation of the commercial strategy across both sides of the Barclays UK Retail balance sheet.
