Job Description:
Purpose:
This role is a new role in our structure and will be pivotal in our growth plans. You will report to the Business Development Manager, providing seamless administrative support and working collaboratively with the team to develop and win new sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Business Development Manager in hunting and engaging with prospects online and offline to identify potential leads to add to the pipeline
· Support building a robust, resilient, and validated pipeline of sales opportunities.
· Take inbound sales enquiries calls, screen and process as needed.
· Creatively using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, build and develop strong relationships with potential opportunities
· Organise, prepare and submit proposals and tenders documents
· Support the onboarding process, issuing quotations, contracts and necessary documentation including coordinating onboarding processes across supplier portals.
· Maintain the sales pipeline, and following up on existing quotes and potential opportunities to maintain engagement, ensuring the CRM is continuously updated.
· Work closely with the Operations, People, and other departments, regarding onboarding ensuring you communicate clearly and effectively
· Follow up calls after marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on success
· Responsible for maintaining the prospect database, ensuring it is maintained and cleansed, Verifying the data as needed.
· Diary management of all sales appointments for CEO, Operations Director, and Business Development Manager.
· Assist in organising specialist events.
· Ensure thorough understanding of successful customer outcome to meet and exceed customer expectations
· Engage proactively and professionally with potential clients through email and phone communications.
· Maintain the CRM
· Support in preparing proposals and costings for new prospective clients
· Organise specialist events to promote the brand and sales pipeline
· Working within a fast paced environment to support in the administration of all aspects of the sales process, and the sales pipeline.
· Meeting strict deadlines, and being adaptable.
· Being commercially minded and have an awareness of the sales process is advantageous.
· Use of systems such as Docusign and Powerpoint.

Administrative qualifications would be desirable
Excellent written and face to face communication skills
Welsh Speaker would be desirable
Previous experience in a fast paced administrative environment
Effectively manage a varied workload balancing scheduled and ad-hoc tasks
Demonstrates commercial acumen
