We have an exciting opportunity for you to step into the role of Clinical Deputy Manager at our well-established Deeside Care Home in the beautiful Royal Deeside.
Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefits: Earn £25.00 per hour, with 50% clinical and 50% supernumerary hours.

Medication & Wound Management: Oversee medication administration and wound care, ensuring best practice protocols are followed.
Team Leadership & Training: Mentor, train, and lead your team to build their confidence and clinical expertise, while fostering a positive team culture.
Create a nurturing, engaging environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.
Compliance: Ensure all care procedures align with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Deputy Manager Support: Act as a deputy to the Home Manager, providing leadership and managing any challenges that arise.
What We’re Looking For: RGN/RMN with Active NMC Registration: Adaptability: You’ll need to be flexible, covering shifts when necessary and stepping up in the absence of the Home Manager.
