If you have at least three years of experience in commercial office design and are ready to make your mark, this is an opportunity to grow with a team that’s shaping the future of workplace design.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the senior designers prepare for presentations/pitches.
* Assist in the development of design concepts, space plans, layouts, and mood boards.
* Assist with the production of technical drawing packs, schedules, and specifications for construction.
* Participate in site surveys and translate findings into accurate design documentation.
* Collaborate with internal teams including project management, technical design, and commercial teams.
* Assist with FF&E selection, material sourcing, and coordination with suppliers.
Candidate Requirements
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit proficiency is a huge bonus.
* Strong understanding of space planning, detailing, and materials.
* Familiarity with UK building regulations and standards relevant to commercial interiors.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks across multiple projects.
