Location: Newcastle upon Tyne – City Centre
Start Date: Monday 26th January
Pay: £26 CIS
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Description
Our Client require two experienced Plumbers for a long‑term role on a new build student accommodation project in Newcastle city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑organised site with consistent workload and ongoing phases of work.
Duties Include:
*
First‑fix plumbing in corridors
*
Installation of mains and risers
*
Plant room works
Requirements:
*
Valid JIB or CSCS card
*
Proven experience on new build construction projects
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Own tools and PPE
