Part Time Teaching Assistant - Location: Stanchester Academy.
Salary: Band 3, Scale Points 3-4
Anticipated start date: September 2025
Hours: 27.5 per week

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant whose role will include supporting students with learning within the classroom and through targeted interventions. The successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to use their initiative to help achieve the best outcomes for students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy skills, experience working with students with additional needs, good behaviour management skills, and a willingness to help students achieve their potential. Experience supporting pupils with mental health difficulties would be advantageous.
