Team Leader – (Full-Time)

£13.90–£14.63 per hour
We’re looking for a Team Leader to support the smooth day-to-day running of our fresh produce packing lines. You’ll lead a small team, make sure quality and safety standards are met, and help deliver daily production targets.
What you’ll do
* Lead and support a team on the packing lines
* Make sure produce is packed correctly and meets quality standards
* Carry out quality checks and complete digital paperwork
* Ensure health, safety, and hygiene rules are followed
* Help plan daily production and keep lines running efficiently
* Work closely with supervisors and other teams
What we’re looking for
* Previous packhouse and supervisory experience
* Confident communication skills in English
* Comfortable working with a multilingual team
* Organised, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks
* A positive team player who leads by example
Hours & contract
* Minimum 32 hours per week over 4 days
* Includes at least one weekend day
* 6-month fixed term, with the chance to become permanent
