You will work as part of a specialist security team providing 24/7 protection, operating in a professional, disciplined and highly visible setting. Key Responsibilities Managing access and egress of people, vehicles and deliveries Verifying credentials and enforcing access control procedures Supporting security arrangements for high-profile events Conducting perimeter and access point patrols Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies Maintaining accurate security logs and reports Upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards Working Pattern 12-hour shifts Nights, weekends and public holidays included Outdoor duties in all weather conditions Essential Requirements Must be a Service Leaver, Veteran or Armed Forces Reservist Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong observation and vigilance skills Ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism IT literacy for reporting and access control systems Physically fit and capable of prolonged standing Desirable Previous security experience SIA Door Supervisor Licence
