About the Role
Our mission relies on a team of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Network Operations (NOC) to lead our network operations team and ensure our broadband network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Take charge of incident management to minimise downtime and ensure top‑quality service for our customers.
* Shape the future of our network operations strategy, overseeing upgrades, expansions, and security measures.
* Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain strong partnerships and meet service level agreements.
* Enjoy a role that combines hands‑on technical work with leadership, all while making a real difference in rural connectivity.
Desired Qualifications
* Previous experience leading network engineering or network operations teams.
* Strong understanding of network technologies, security principles, vendor management, and performance analysis.
* Excelling at troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents, and ensuring the reliability and security of complex network infrastructure.
