Job Description:
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operative to support the efficient production of products within a designated area. You will help ensure quality, food safety, and health & safety standards are met while achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate within a production area to meet output and performance targets
* Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures
* Complete production checks, records, and paperwork accurately
* Report machine issues, product defects, or non-conformances promptly
* Carry out CCP checks where required
* Operate machinery where applicable (full training provided)
* Support and guide agency staff within the production area
* Report near misses, accidents, or incidents when they occur
