An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and highly organised individuals to join our Endoscopy team within the Wrexham Maelor Hospital. You will work alongside nursing staff, doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources through the provision of clerical duties. High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise. You will have experience in an administrative role, preferably dealing with the public, and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture is paramount.

2 x 37.5 hour posts are available. Job share/part-time hours will be considered.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential
* Welsh Speaking minimum level 3
* GCSE Maths and English A-C
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience
* I.T qualification or proven experience using Microsoft Office packages
Desirable
* ECDL
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office similar PAS system
* Competent in the use of WPAS Patient Administration System
Experience
* Experience of working in a hospital
* Experience of dealing with the general public
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Desirable: experience of working directly with clinical staff, waiting list management, hospital-based clerical experience
