Salary: £28,500 – £32,000 per year + Commission
Diamond Search Recruitment is excited to partner with a respected and fast-growing business to recruit a Sales Consultant who is ready to make a real difference selling training courses.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with people but also excited by sales targets, motivated to close deals, and proactive about creating new opportunities. Your energy and initiative will be key to driving new business, but you may also have inbound leads to convert from enquiries.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s success, working closely with the Operations Director and Training Services Manager to promote, develop, and sell a wide range of training solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging with clients to understand their training needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Acting as the main point of contact for all sales enquiries
* Proactively promoting training services to new and existing clients
* Generating and nurturing new business opportunities through outreach and networking
* Preparing proposals and quotes while maintaining accurate CRM records
* Following up on leads to secure bookings and manage invoicing smoothly
* Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless course scheduling and delivery
* Representing the company at exhibitions and industry events
* Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
* A target-driven mindset with the energy and confidence to make things happen
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High-quality, empathetic customer service skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively
* Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
* A natural relationship-builder who can balance listening with influencing
* A desire to grow, upskill, and develop professionally
* Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
