About the role
As a Marketing Executive at Aztek, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, results-driven marketing activity that supports our growth across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan and produce content for our marketing channels, manage campaigns, and help strengthen our brand presence.
Working closely with our company leadership, internal teams and external partners, you’ll play a key role in showcasing Aztek’s services and innovations - from IT Support and Cyber Security to Business Systems and Intelligent Automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, create and schedule content for digital channels including the Aztek website, email campaigns and social media.
· Manage and develop our monthly newsletter, including content planning, writing and guidance, and performance tracking.
· Create marketing content including blogs, case studies, news stories and thought leadership.
· Collaborate with internal teams to promote new product or service launches, events and CSR initiatives.
· Assist in running and monitoring paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
· Support SEO and content-led website optimisation.
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
· Track, analyse and report on marketing performance using relevant tools and insights.
What are we looking for
· Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A* to C) including English and Maths.
· A-Levels or equivalent qualifications in relevant subjects (e.g. English, Business, IT) desirable.
· Educated to degree level in Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience).
Skills
· Strong understanding of IT products and services, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), CMS, and social scheduling tools.
· Proven ability to create engaging content for a variety of channels.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social platform insights.
· Experience in managing and growing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
· Confident using AI-based tools to support content creation, campaign planning, or automation - with an understanding of their limitations and best practices.
· Ability to manage workload independently and work collaboratively across teams.
· A passion for technology, marketing, and keeping up with digital trends.
