Due to continued growth and market development, we are now seeking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner, to be based at our Head office in Nottingham, at the prestigious NG2 Business Park. This is a great opportunity for an experienced internal recruitment professional to join our head office team. The ideal candidate would have significant experience of recruiting in a field-based engineering environment. Job Purpose: To deliver the recruitment of new colleagues into a unique service led business. You will have sole responsibility for leading the attraction, assessment and delivery of candidates across the business. We are looking for someone who can partner effectively with hiring managers and utilise data to make informed hiring decisions. Reporting to leadership on key recruitment metrics and highlighting areas of opportunity. You'll recruit across a wide range of functions and role levels from technical Engineer roles to Project Managers and Customer Service, from early careers to senior management. You will influence on Recruitment plans at a national level and have input to other HR projects where appropriate. This is a standalone role reporting into the General Manager, perfect for someone with prior in-house experience who is looking to make their mark as the sole Recruitment lead within a business. Key Tasks Business partnering Partner with stakeholders to manage the internal and external talent acquisition process. Identify opportunities to optimise the talent acquisition process with a focus on a continuous improvement. Coach stakeholders on the talent acquisition process ensuring hiring manager capability and a great candidate experience. Capture and present recruitment analytics to provide stakeholders with a dashboard view and drive acquisition strategy. Candidate Experience Receive, review and qualify all candidates focusing on quality and candidate experience. Selecting suitable candidates based on their technical skills and their cultural fit. Manage all communications including interview booking and testing processes with candidates and suppliers. Deliver a world class candidate experience during all touch points with candidates that will promote Global Fire and Security as an employer of choice. Utilise headhunting tools to connect with prospective candidate for future and current opportunities Projects Operate our chosen ATS solution (Talos360), with continuous improvement mindset Explore innovative routes to market Manage supplier relationship and ensuring we are optimising our partnerships. Upskill hiring managers in best practice selection techniques and tools About You Proven experience of managing a recruitment process within a fast-paced in-house environment Proven experience of driving a direct hiring model with extensive knowledge of the range of routes to market and an inquisitive mindset around future methods. Experience recruiting engineers will be a big advantage for any prospective candidates Proven experience of managing and influencing stakeholders up to a senior level. Experience in leading or participating in EVP and Employer brand activities and projects Demonstrable experience of project management across multiple disciplines or functions Passionate about talent acquisition with a personal pride for finding the ‘right’ candidate and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. An agile approach to understand the variance of professions within the Fire and Security industry Able and willing to flex action, priorities and style to match a wide range of stakeholders and candidates for different roles and seniorities.
