We are on the lookout for a BIM Manager who wants to do more than just manage models. This is a high-impact role where you will influence digital strategy, drive best practices, and lead the delivery of complex Scan to BIM projects across the UK.
The Role
Working directly with the Head of Digital, you will be the technical heartbeat of their digital delivery. You won’t just be \"checking boxes\"; you’ll be strengthening workflows, improving QA processes, and ensuring that every output is technically robust and commercially sharp.
What’s on your plate?
* Technical Leadership: Overseeing BIM delivery across a diverse portfolio of built assets and infrastructure.
* The \"Alphabet Soup\" Mastery: Taking full ownership of EIRs, BEPs, LOIN, MIDPs, and TIDPs.
* Workflow Architecture: Administering CDEs and streamlining information exchange.
* Model Integrity: Reviewing and approving outputs for coordination—ensuring what gets issued is flawless.
* Strategic Influence: Helping develop the standards and templates that will define the firm's digital future.
* Client Engagement: Acting as the face of digital delivery in high-level design team meetings.
About you:
You’re likely currently in a survey, design, or construction environment and are looking for a role with more responsibility
* The Scan to BIM Expert: You have a proven track record in point cloud-based modelling.
* The Information Architect: Deep expertise in Information Management and BIM platforms.
* The Communicator: You’re comfortable influencing stakeholders and mentoring internal teams.
* The Detail Maven: Proactive, organized, and focused on quality.
