The service users will be 18 years old and above with autism and complex needs. A desire to make a difference in individuals' lives is essential to this role. You will be assisting in their day-to-day lives, in their home, and in the community, taking out on activities to promote independence. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals.
