Sales Support Representative - Sales Operations
Contract duration: 12 months
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Role responsibilities:
Works with EMEA sales leadership to make sellers as efficient and effective as possible whilst also ensuring the best experience with sales tools. Requires self-starter who can both nail the run-the-business basics but also identify sales productivity opportunities which change the trajectory of the sales team in ways not previously considered possible. Is willing to explore new methods for delivering value with a finger on the pulse of the latest developments in AI and automation.

* Analytical: Develops data-driven strategies by analyzing business levers and external trends to drive growth and inform decisions. Accesses and uses data from various sources to identify root causes and generate clear, actionable insights.
* Domain Expertise: Applies in-depth knowledge of sales operations to develop effective practices and achieve business goals. Leverages current and emerging tools to improve processes and stays up-to-date on industry best practices.
What you'll need:
* 5+ years working in a Sales Ops/Rev Ops role
* 2+ years with Salesforce (essential) plus other associated sales productivity tools
* Experience launching CRM/tools into sales organisations a plus Advanced Excel/Power BI/VBA skills
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with Databricks preferred BI reporting tools such as Tableau a bonus
* Comfortable representing sales ops and collaborating cross-functional projects
