Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our growing Transaction Services team. While the primary focus will be on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) for buy-side and sell-side transactions, the role provides scope to gain exposure to wider Corporate Finance activities, including valuations, M&A advisory, and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
* Analyse financial statements, working capital, and cash flow trends to identify key deal issues.
* Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including detailed FDD reports and executive summaries.
* Collaborate with clients and other advisors to resolve complex transaction-related matters.
* Assist in broader Corporate Finance projects, such as:
* M&A deal support
* Strategic financial reviews
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
* Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge.
* 2–5 years of experience in Transaction Services / FDD (Big 4 or mid-tier experience preferred).
* Solid understanding of deal processes and private equity transactions.
* Strong analytical and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
* Commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
