At Shanly Homes and Sorbon Estates, we believe in creating beautifully crafted homes and thoughtfully managed spaces. Our people make it possible, and now, we’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team in Beaconsfield!
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both residential and commercial marketing supporting campaigns, events, and content creation that showcase the best of our developments.
What you’ll be doing
Your days will be varied and rewarding as you help deliver high-quality marketing across our portfolio. You’ll work closely with our sales and estates teams and play an active role in day-to-day activity.
You’ll:
* Keep websites, property portals and the intranet up to date with accurate and engaging content
* Research local areas to support the marketing of new and existing developments
* Write news stories and company updates that reflect our brand and values
* Track the performance of campaigns and help present marketing insights
* Assist in producing and distributing brochures, signage and other marketing materials
* Support the planning and delivery of launches, open days and events
* Review estate agents' marketing for brand consistency and quality
* Create visuals and some content for emailers and internal communications using Canva, Photoshop or Adobe
What we’re looking for
* Some experience or education in marketing, communications or a related field
* Confident using Canva, Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
