Our client is a CIOB-chartered, family-owned business operating across three divisions:
* Building Services — high-end residential construction (projects ranging from £50k–£2m)
* Property Maintenance Services — planned and reactive maintenance for a premium client base
* Golf Simulator — bespoke simulator design and installation (TrackMan & Full Swing partners)
Alongside this, the founder also manages a personal property portfolio.
The Founder and Group Director built this business over the past eight years from a single van into a multi-division business. His working style is direct and fast-paced. He values people who are organised, proactive and able to think ahead, as well as confident enough to ask questions and challenge where needed. This role includes supporting both business and personal matters, so discretion, trust and good judgement are essential.
The business is relationship-led, quality-focused, and operates with a small, experienced team across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
