About the Role
As a Care Assistant you will make a real difference in people's lives every day with a rewarding career. You will care for our residents as though they are your own family, ensuring the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Daily responsibilities in this role include:
* Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their personal needs and preferences according to their care plan.
* Support residents with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing and grooming.
* Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care.
* Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish.
* Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion.
About You

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
