Role Overview As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. You will provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Coffee Shop Duties Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised service area. Operate the till, handle payments, and process orders accurately. Ensure displays are stocked, appealing, and compliant with food safety standards. Provide warm, prompt, and personalised customer service. Bar Duties Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with licensing laws. Prepare cocktails and other specialty beverages where required. Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and proper storage procedures. Engage with guests, offering drink recommendations and ensuring a positive atmosphere. Follow age-verification procedures and uphold responsible service of alcohol. Restaurant Duties Greet, seat, and serve guests professionally and efficiently. Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver dishes promptly and assist guests with any dietary or menu questions. Clear tables, reset dining areas, and support smooth service flow. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. General Duties Maintain excellent personal presentation and uphold hotel standards at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines. Support team members across all F&B outlets as operational needs change. Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory management. Handle guest requests and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when needed. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Skills & Experience Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or F&B roles is beneficial but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering great service. Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple F&B outlets.
