Overview
Temp Customer Service Advisor – Hillington. £13 per hour. Starting asap for 2 months. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms.
* Manage customer cases through our system, ensuring smooth resolution.
* Oversee customer orders, maintaining communication throughout the process.
* Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Process card and cash payments accurately.
* Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Team player who is passionate about customer service, with strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
* Ability to take ownership of inquiries; training will be provided.
* Available to start immediately; able to travel to Hillington; commitment to 2 months of temping work.
