Key Account Manager – Milton Keynes, Luton & High Wycombe
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, combining field visits to customer sites with remote work.
What You Will Be Doing
You will spend part of your time on the road, acting as the main point of contact for our customers across Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury and High Wycombe. Your work will involve identifying challenges and delivering top‑class solutions to grow our portfolio.
* Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
* Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
* Build a detailed understanding of customers, markets, and competitors.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets, including collaboration with internal account managers.
What Existing Skills and Experience Will You Need
* Experience in a field‑based sales role with account management responsibilities, including working to KPIs and targets.
* Open‑mindedness and willingness to embrace change.
* A solution‑led approach to work.
* Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning.
* Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM or other B2B systems is a bonus.
* A valid driving licence is essential.
