About this Role
Since September 2024, all permanent staff at Highcrest benefit from a 9-day working fortnight: you work nine days and are paid for ten.
This structure includes a dedicated reset day and additional statutory PPA time.
Highcrest is the only all‑ability academy in Buckinghamshire, offering an inclusive curriculum that supports learners across high academic achievement to special educational needs.

Responsibilities
* Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics to KS3 and KS4, and potentially your specialism to KS5
* Promote the Science department and enhance opportunities available to students
* Bring innovation to teaching and inspire future scientists in and beyond the classroom
Qualifications
* Specialism in Chemistry or Physics
* Ability to teach a second Science subject is an advantage
