Position Responsibilities
* Creates marketing proposals, independently or under direction.
* Creates marketing collateral for interviews and other presentations, and manages interview process.
* Creates and updates marketing collateral including resumes, project pages, brochures, and other textual and visual materials.
* Conducts research on potential clients, leads, and projects.
* Assists with development and implementation of pursuit strategies under direction.
* Engaged in business plan development and supporting marketing collateral.
* Uses Salesforce as reference for SOM project facts and contributes to data maintenance.
* Develops working knowledge of A/E/I services offered by SOM with knowledge of regional portfolio.
* Contributes to training of Marketing Coordinators at an introductory level.
* Involved in professional associations and/or industry associations as needed.
* Assists with other duties and tasks as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
* Completion of a four‑year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
* 3+ years experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry.
* Strong writing and graphic design skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Strong project management skills.
* Ability to work with senior leaders across the firm.
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
* Keen interest in marketing and the architectural and engineering industry.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM and OpenAsset is a plus.
* Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
