Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and submit quotes based on engineers' information. Ensure compliance with client KPIs.
* Liaise with engineers, Helpdesk staff, and the supply chain to resolve material issues and update job statuses.
* Raise jobs, order materials, and check them. Assist with checking engineers' job sheets for materials and additional costs.
* Create spreadsheets, update Coins, and handle costing for invoicing. Assist with internal and client reporting.
* Work with the Helpdesk Manager to raise subcontractor orders and produce planned maintenance quotes/tenders.
* Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in the construction industry, particularly working with engineers.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in using job management software.
