?? Hours:Monday - Thursday 7:45-16:45 with an early finish on a Friday of 12:45
?? Contract Type: Permanent after a successful 12 week period
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality work? We're looking for a Production Operative to join our dynamic team, where your skills with hand-held tools will be put to great use in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain hand-held tools (e.g., drills, grinders, screwdrivers) safely and efficiently.
* Assemble, modify, or finish products according to specifications.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role.
2. Proficiency with hand-held tools and basic mechanical skills.
