Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide support to four women with profound and complex needs.
* Build relationships, assist with cooking, goal setting, new activities, listening.
* Help with daily living and encourage valued participation through planned days out and activities such as arts & crafts and alpaca visits.
* Plan and organise activities within the shared home.
* Attend 24‑hour support shifts, including 0700‑2200 patterns, waking nights, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
* Receive additional pay of £107.60 per sleepover and a supplement for waking nights.
* Assist with driving duties if you hold a full UK manual licence; otherwise still welcome.
* Participate in annual celebrations and recognition events for on‑site support staff.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven caring and compassionate attitude.

* Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
* Confidence using computers.
* Ability to work a flexible range of hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Willingness to commit to SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare and to register with SSSC within three months of starting.
* Compliance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.

Additional Information
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and commit to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy. If you have spent more than 12 months abroad (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of pre‑employment checks.
