We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our Larkfield Leisure Centre team on a full‑time basis. Hours will be on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends, day shifts and evenings.
Responsibilities
The Duty Manager is crucial in supervising the efficient operation of all recreational activities and driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Centre. Focus will be to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of service, enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a busy multi‑use site.
* Good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within a leisure environment.
* Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to pass the qualification.
* Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
* Quality driven, with sound operational, communication and people skills, flexibility, and ability to deliver results.
