The business has rapidly expanded its Heathrow portfolio during the last year and is forecast to exceed £50m this year through secured and upcoming works. This role offers the chance to step into a high-growth environment where progression, responsibility, and influence come quickly.
You’ll take commercial ownership of major civils and infrastructure packages across terminal upgrades and demolition schemes within one of the UK’s most complex live environments.
The Role
* Full commercial management of major civils packages at Heathrow
* Lead cost reporting, forecasting, valuations, and commercial strategy
* Manage NEC contracts and key stakeholder relationships
* Support major upcoming tenders, including large-scale demolition works
* Drive commercial performance, risk management, and margin protection
What They’re Looking For
* Proven Project QS experience on civils, infrastructure, or airport projects
* Strong NEC contract knowledge
* Experience managing multi-million-pound packages
* Commercially confident with strong stakeholder management skills
