The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary/Transcriptionist to provide an efficient, effective and quality secretarial support service to the Falkirk Integrated Community Mental Health Service – Adult Mental Health.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and can work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have experience of electronic systems and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. You will have previous experience in a similar post within a healthcare setting – including fast accurate audio typing (digital dictation) and IT skills, a knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management and HNC (or equivalent relevant experience).
To meet the needs of the service the successful applicant will be required to work in a variety of locations when required across Forth Valley.
