London | Hybrid Working (2 days per week in Central London office)

We're supporting an award-winning independent communications agency that’s built a strong reputation for strategic, insight-led campaigns across tech, innovation and specialist B2B sectors. They’re now looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team in London.
This is an opportunity to work on genuinely interesting, future-focused clients rather than generic corporate accounts. The portfolio is likely to include brands across retail and supply chain technology, aviation technology (including avionics and simulation), and construction tech - giving you exposure to complex, high-impact industries with lots of storytelling opportunities.
The agency itself offers the best of both worlds: ambitious and growing, but without the overly hierarchical feel of larger networks. You’ll have direct access to senior leaders, real input into campaigns and strategy, and the chance to develop quickly in a business that values initiative and ideas.

The role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client management across a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted contact for clients while driving media engagement and campaign delivery.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution - someone confident managing media relations, spotting stories, developing content ideas and helping clients build profile within specialist sectors.
You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior team members, contribute to new business activity and play a visible role within the wider agency.
About you
You’ll likely have:
* Around 3+ years’ experience within PR, communications or integrated agencies
* Strong B2B PR experience, ideally within tech or complex sectors
* Excellent writing skills and media relations experience
* Confidence managing client relationships and running projects
* A proactive, ideas-led approach and genuine curiosity about business and technology
Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who is collaborative, commercially aware and excited by the chance to work with innovative brands in evolving industries.
