We’re working with some brilliant primary schools across Neath Port Talbot and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Teaching Assistants to join us. Whether you want full-time work or something more flexible, we’ve got roles to suit you.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups
2. Helping with learning activities and extra support sessions
3. Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment
4. Gaining experience across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with ALN
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience working with children (ALN experience is a bonus)
6. A patient, caring, and positive attitude
7. No formal qualifications? That’s absolutely fine, transferable skills and experience are welcome!
