Key attributes/experience:
1. Lead complex cases involving disabilities, older persons, and challenging behaviors.
2. Supervise staff on safeguarding, substance misuse, and related issues.
3. Ensure compliance with Care Act, MCA, and DoLS.
4. Drive person-centred care and advocacy.
5. Facilitate MDT collaboration and service integration.
6. Manage and improve reablement services.
7. Provide staff training and support.
8. Oversee risk management and safeguarding.
