Using our expertise to leverage our data and product assets along with connections in the wider industry to provide comprehensive, efficient, high quality solutions for our client’s needs utilising Equifax’s ID & Fraud product ( Luminate™) and Decisioning Product (InterConnect™) As our Entry Level Solutions Analyst youll make changes to client configurations including business rules, ensuring comprehensive and effective testing prior to delivery to clients. Generate and distribute reports to enable the effective management of clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys analytics, supporting clients, is detail orientated and who thrives on learning and developing their skills. Plan, design, build, test, maintain and document new and existing client business logic systems within our decisioning tool. Provide configuration assistance, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing clients. Analyse clients requirements offering advice and expertise to our consultants to assist in defining business logic solutions that meet client needs and exceed their expectations. Providing solutions into requirements and design, development and testing of business rules for new clients, undertaking rules changes, additions and deletions for existing clients plus working with Client Analytics to implement and upgrade scorecards and risk policies. Partner with senior members to contribute actively on existing and new projects and requests from internal or external clients. Interact with senior team members to determine decision logic specifications. Use existing procedures to estimate project and change work, make routine decisions and priority calls. Follow established change management and security procedures with all implementations. Organises own work, following established processes or work plans and taking direction from others. Build strong customer relationships internally and with clients to meet client objectives. Learn and work with our experienced Solutions Delivery team to create and leverage a support network within Equifax. Provide required research, explorative analysis, and documentation. Be involved with ad-hoc projects. What experience you need Experience of analytics and problem solving An understanding of Cloud technologies Experience with SQL based query languages Experience of working in a customer facing environment What could set you apart Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred Experience working with risk decision engine tools, basic understanding of AWS and/or GCP services Experience within a regulated business or financial services Knowledge of Decisioning and / or Fraud & ID Systems The Perks of being a Equifax Employee?
