An Excellent opportunity for an Experienced CNC Programmer / Wood Machinist to join a well-established company based in Hemel Hempstead!

They are now looking to recruit an Experienced Saw Operator/Wood Machinist to join their skilled team.
About the Role:
1. Able to write and add Programs
2. Experience in CAM systems
3. Knowledge of Product design
4. Experience on 5 axis machines
5. Sawing different types of wood to the correct size using multi rips and saws.
6. Finish sizing using table saws, planers and band saws.
7. Shaping of products using various machinery such as copy lathes and profile machines
8. Various ancillary ops involving drilling, routing etc.
9. Finishing using various sanders i.e. brush, flat, edge sanders etc.
10. Stock control of the wood and consumables.
11. Maintain machines
12. Cleaning down machines after use and clean work area
