Job Summary:
You will engage with end users, healthcare professionals, and practices to build relationships and promote ConvaTec products and Amcare solutions. An effective communicator with a proactive attitude, you will work to enhance our reputation and market share by providing ethical, customer-focused solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Achieve KPI targets.
2. Develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, SMS, and live chat.
3. Follow up with end users, utilizing solution-based selling to convert to ConvaTec products and Amcare services.
4. Stay updated on new products and services.
5. Communicate effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
6. Understand all stoma types and recommend appropriate products.
7. Understand Amcare’s service offerings and communicate their benefits.
8. Drive performance through motivation and workload prioritization.
9. Use databases proficiently, respecting customer confidentiality.
10. Follow procedures while seeking continuous improvement.
11. Use effective questioning to identify sales opportunities.
12. Build relationships with customers through empathy and diplomacy.

* Proven sales track record and opportunity recognition.
Working Conditions:
* Office environment.
Additional Factors:
* Shift work between 08:00 and 19:00, including Saturday mornings.
