Overview
Global Payroll Administrator (Part-Time, Permanent) – Remote | Approx. 20 hours per week. At Diaceutics, we believe every patient should have access to the right treatment at the right time. We partner with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to support the launch of precision medicine diagnostics through DXRX – The Diagnostic Network, the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform.
We’re looking for a Global Payroll Administrator to join our remote-first team and ensure the smooth operation of payroll across 13 countries and 5 currencies.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage payroll preparation across 13 countries, liaising with internal teams and payroll agencies.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-currency payments.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation across jurisdictions.
* Review payrolls, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
* Prepare payroll journals and reconcile accounts in Sage Intacct.
* Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll queries.
* Support onboarding and collaborate across the Finance team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience, including at least 1 year in international payroll.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with payroll systems and accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct).
* A professional payroll or accountancy qualification is desirable but not essential.
