We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our teambased in the Romford area.

The role is people data and analysis focused and essential in providing cross-function support to stakeholders and colleaguesalike andhas a particular focus onManagement Information (MI)reportingvia our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for the business- and it is a big business too withnearly 5000 employees.
Youwill be part ofour people teamensuring thatwe support out line managers with their people issuesand KPIpeople targetsare met or exceeded.
We are looking for someone tolead on:
1. Supporting specific Leads through the Grievance, Discipline and Sickness process.
2. Overseeing the TUPE process from beginning to end.
3. ProcessingEmployment Tribunals in conjunctionwith CompanySolicitorsandrelevantinternal Leads.
4. Compilation of various MI reports and statistics, includingpeopleand attrition analysis, KPIs andleavers reasons comparisons.
5. The processing of payroll information ensuring the relevant audit trail iscompleted,including the processing of employees inourWorkdaypeople system.
6. Ensuring our compliance withIR35 Tax Legislationrequirements.
7. Undertakingvarious projects from time to time.
8. Providingand reportingHR information/datato statutory bodies.
Youmusthave an understandingofEmployment Law, GDPR,and ideallyhave CIPD accreditation or be working towardthis. Also ideally be experienced within a data systems-focused administrative position, preferably with a focus on MI reporting and some HR/HRIS exposure,demonstratean understanding of Excel at a mid-weight level and therefore be confident with compiling and collating spreadsheet data and analysis.
You shouldpossesssound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation,accuracyand quality. The ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure is also essential.
