The River Barn is a prestige wedding venue, located in the beautiful countryside of Little Singleton.
Due to phenomenal success, we are expanding our team at The River Barn and are looking for additional bar staff.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their appearance, who has an excellent attention to detail and can converse with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner, ensuring every guest has the most memorable experience.
As we are a wedding venue, we are flexible with hours and have a range of shifts available. Example shifts are 11am - 7pm, 7pm - 1am and full days, Monday to Sunday including public holidays*
*Please note that this role will involve late night working, beyond the hours that public transport operates so it is essential that you drive or can access transportation to and from the venue.
Key responsibilities of our bar staff;
* To meet & great guests.
* To assist with drinks during table service at wedding breakfasts and bar service.
* Ensure compliance with our challenge 25 policy.
* Cleaning duties as required.
Key skills required;
* The ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests & other team members
* To display a positive & enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
* Be able to follow instructions and ensure the smooth running of wedding services.
* Provide exceptional guest service and impeccable standards.
* Previous experience is desirable but full training will be given.
