Key Responsibilities for the Environment, Health and Safety Manager:
1. Lead and develop the sites EHS Management System in compliance with UK regulations, corporate policy, and industry best practices

2. Ensure employee, contractor, and visitor compliance through effective training and communication strategies

3. Work closely with site leadership to promote a strong, proactive EHS culture and continuous improvement

4. Drive EHS performance through robust inspection, audit, and incident investigation programs

5. Oversee emergency planning, site security processes, and regulatory compliance reporting

6. Develop, implement, and track EHS-related KPIs, metrics, and corrective actions
