The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, as well as representing the company at high-profile events and dinners. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on making connections, shaping strategy, and driving meaningful growth.
* Lead with impact: Identify, convert and manage new business opportunities from start to finish.
* Think strategically: Drive sales planning, coordinate client engagement and represent the company at industry events.
* Tell the story of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC): Deliver compelling presentations and seminars to developers, housing associations and contractors.
* Collaborate for success: Work closely with Pre-Construction, Marketing and wider teams to ensure seamless tender processes and client journeys.
About You
* A proven track record in business development and key account management, ideally in pre-construction or housing.
* Natural flair for networking, influencing and relationship-building.
* Confidence with long sales cycles, technical presentations and navigating complex client ecosystems.
* Passion for sustainability, community impact and forward-thinking construction methods.
