About the Role Objective: To manage and build current relationships with existing key customers (20% of time) and seek to deliver new profitable business (80% of your time) within UK target segments. Key Responsibilities: Own a defined region (South) representing Avani Solutions to grow sales across key growth segments in the On-Trade Be a key point of contact for all key customers within your portfolio, deepening account relationships and exploring new cross-selling opportunities to ensure the promotion of the full range of services Generate a pipeline of new qualified prospects and collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure a smooth progression along our value chain Work closely with the Field Services team, Marketing and Customer Services in the joint creation of (regional) account plans Plan for and conduct key account reviews Represent Avani Solutions at Trade Shows and industry events, networking to increase our share of voice and widen the breadth of our influence Essential Skills and Experience: Proven track record in field sales in the hospitality on-trade sector
