A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its property team.This role provides an excellent opportunity to support fee earners on a wide range of commercial property matters while gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. You will assist with progressing files, preparing documentation and ensuring matters run smoothly from instruction to completion.Key responsibilities:Assisting with commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions and disposalsPreparing and reviewing legal documents and reportsConducting title checks and due diligenceLiaising with clients and third parties under supervisionSupporting file management and post-completion tasksKey requirements:Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or strong interest in commercial propertyExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and professional approachAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWhy apply?Supportive team environmentExposure to high-quality commercial property workOpportunity to develop your legal careerFor more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Aimee Mann at Sellick Partnership.
