This is a high-impact, visible role supporting a refreshed people agenda within a newly formed HR Business Strategy team.

The Opportunity

This role will play a key part in shaping and embedding a new performance management process across the entire organisation-spanning multiple business lines and jurisdictions. * Build inclusive and consistent feedback processes, incorporating best practice and DEIB principles.

* Develop engagement and communications collateral to support rollout and adoption.

* Manage milestones, reporting, and deliverables to ensure effective execution across the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Hands-on experience working with Workday performance or learning systems.

* Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing engaging toolkits and training materials.

* Understanding of current performance trends and how to embed DEIB and wellbeing into performance frameworks.
