UK Sales Manager (French Speaking) | Consumer Goods | Home-Based
A well-established European consumer goods group is seeking a French-speaking UK Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market share across the UK.
With a diverse portfolio spanning beauty accessories, kitchenware, household and pet products (own brands + licensed ranges), this newly created role offers full ownership of UK retail development.

ROLE of the UK Sales Manager:
* Lead and execute UK retail growth strategy
* Manage and grow key accounts (incl. TK Maxx)
* Develop new national retail partnerships across beauty, grocery, home & pet channels
* Drive new business (70%) and account management (30%)
* Lead negotiations, listings, pricing & promotions
* Track market trends and competitor activity
PROFILE:
* French (min intermediate), fluent English with strong communication skills
* Min 5 years in UK retail sales / business development
* Previous experience working for a French company will be a plus
* Strong consumer goods / FMCG background or licensed products with retail expertise
* Proven success with national retail buyers
* Commercial, autonomous and results-driven
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£60–65k + bonus + car allowance + benefits
