Administrator Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour

Administrator hours of work:
5. Monday to Friday shift pattern between 8am-8pm (37 hours)
About the Administrator role:
6. You will work as part of a multi-functional Case Management Team and will be responsible for helping claimants to create and maintain their digital account.
7. You will be proactive in ensuring all actions and ‘To-Do’s’ required to maintain the claimant’s account are completed promptly and accurately and you will manage cases through the lifetime of the claim.
8. You will communicate with both claimants and colleagues to progress cases and resolve queries through all available channels. In delivering a quality service for claimants you will take a ‘whole case’ approach and be responsible for actively managing al appropriate action promptly on the claim with minimal handoffs.
9. As the Universal Credit service is constantly changing you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of UC by reviewing the service and processes and provide feedback on your own and claimants’ experience. As automation of UC increases over time, the content of this job role may change.
