Business & HR Administration

• Under direction of a supervisor, assist with the daily management of operational functions of the Global Project Team, including preparation and minutes for meetings, reporting processes, information flow.

• Under the direction of a supervisor, provide documentation support for requirements gathering from Japan; process analysis; gap analysis and business development strategy.

• Facilitate and manage verbal and written business communications between stakeholders and internal business units in Japanese & in English

• Contributes to HR business management and control, processes and tools.

• Supports on all developing business projects and activities and develop periodic business project progress reports: business requirements gathering, research, functional plans and implementation with vendors and update internal stakeholders.

Finance, Accounting and Payroll Support

• Daily administration on finance and accounting matters; such as settlement of AR & AP, Sales Summary, Budget Sheet, data entry etc.

• Provide direct administrative support to Managing Director and Global Team in Japan, including Accounting data entry, invoicing, generating documentation and reports, mailing, updating of B2B and B2C list as and when required

• Work closely with vendors to meet requirements for audit, bookkeeping and accounting reports

• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
